Our Return and/or Exchange Policy

Sometimes we fall short of that and it may be in our control (a production error) or it may be outside of our control (such as an incorrect item was ordered)

We will do everything within our power to make the situation “right” up to shipping you a new board.

Our goal is to uplift you.

What Do I DO if my Board is Damaged, Cracked or Defective?

Damaged

  • If your board is damaged in transit please send an image of the board and an employee will get in touch with you.
  • If the package was in perfect condition, but your board was damaged just send a picture of the board.

Cracked

  • Keep in mind that in some cases cracks do occur in wood. Many times we use live edge and rustic variations. This is true for small knots as well. All knots are filled with epoxy sealers.
  • In any event if your board arrives cracked take a small piece of white paper and place it in the crack and take a photo and send to us so a better assessment can be used. Defective

Defective

  • If you believe your board is defective please send a picture of the board and defective area. Please note that different types of wood can have variants in grain and color.
  • Boards with a rustic, living or live edge is left with some natural edges an shapes in the wood rather then cutting it down to make 90 Degree angles. In these boards however, the surfaces are still smoothed down.
