Custom Butcher Block

We use this term as thick 1-1/4 to 1-1/2” thick boards. They may be rectangular, square or round and always have a juice groove. These are the workhorse boards worthy of a butcher shop. The classics are maple and/or hickory, but modern boards may be made of fancier woods. They may be edge grain or end grain.
