Possibly my favorite cutting board I’ve ever made. Heavy, heavy duty and durable. Full 1 -1/2″ thickness and ready to perform. Deep juice groove and carved side handles. Primarily American Black Walnut with strips of American Maple and Padauk. A perfect showpiece for any kitchen.
The Sue Cook board!!!!! Named after my dear friend Sue Cook who was one of the very first champions (and quantity buyers) of David Lamb Woodworx products. The Sue Cook will have two options a “red” and a “gold” (Sue Cook went to USC). The red will be two strips of Padauk wood mixed in with the black walnut and Maple. The gold will be two strips of golden Mahogany mixed in.
I will have standardized sizes soon.
This one is 16″long, 11″ wide and a full 1″ thick.
